PURPOSE OF THE FORMS LIBRARY
Over time, we will be populating the Library with more forms and standard letters.
HOW TO ACCESS A FORM/LETTER
The form/letters or leaflets in the library can be accessed, printed and downloaded in an unaltered form for the purposes of conducting procedures contained in this manual. They may not be used for any other reason, including the selling, licensing, transfer, copying or reproduction in whole or in part in any manner or in or on any media to any person without the prior written consent of the Director of Calderdale Children's Social Care.
